Noel is a Chinese-Canadian artist from Vancouver, BC.

She is a candidate for graduation in the 2D animation and Visual Development program at Capilano University.

She likes designing characters, designing props, and doing character animation.

In her free time, Noel also likes to nerd out about all things anime, manga, comics, movies, and video games.
